About Us
You want to speak up, but writing a letter to decision-makers can feel overwhelming. What should you say? How should you say it? Where do you even send it? These questions stop too many people from taking action.
Guided Letter makes it easy. It helps organizers quickly set up letter-writing campaigns and makes it simple for supporters to send personal, well-written letters in minutes. No stress, no second-guessing—just action.
Why I Built This
I'm Nicholaus Harris, the creator of Guided Letter. Writing has always been a struggle for me—I overthink every word, edit endlessly, and still doubt myself. I've put off writing letters for important causes, only to feel guilty for not speaking up.
When I started advocating with Strong North Tahoe, I saw how powerful letter-writing campaigns could be—but also how frustrating they were to organize. People wanted to help but often didn't know how.
That's why I built Guided Letter. Now, instead of agonizing over every word, I can answer a few simple questions, get a strong draft, make quick edits, and send it—without the stress. This tool makes it just as easy for you.
How It Works
- Set Up a Campaign: As an organizer, you simply describe the issue. Guided Letter generates a ready-to-go campaign with key talking points and questions for supporters.
- Write Your Letter: As a supporter, you answer a few guided questions, and the tool turns your input into a polished, personal letter.
- Send It Off: Clear instructions help you submit your letter to the right decision-makers—quickly and effectively.
Why It Matters
When writing a letter is easy, more people take action. Guided Letter helps you get your voice heard—quickly, confidently, and effectively.
